NASA is launching its own streaming service later this year

NASA is getting in on the ‘+’ streaming action. The government agency announced that it’s going launch a new streaming service later this year called NASA+. The ad-free, no-cost streaming service will include live coverage of future launches, documentaries, and new original series that will be exclusively available on the platform.

“We’re putting space on demand and at your fingertips with NASA’s new streaming platform,” said Marc Etkind, NASA’s associate administrator of communications, in a statement. “Transforming our digital presence will help us better tell the stories of how NASA explores the unknown in air and space, inspires through discovery, and innovates for the benefit of humanity.”
